- Well newborn admissions, daily rounds and discharges; high risk delivery attendance and newborn stabilization; coordinating newborn transfers; ED pediatric consults; care in the Pediatric Observation Unit.
- Schedule
- Approximately 12 shifts per month of 24-hour call.
- Call
- Both restricted (in hospital) and unrestricted (from home) 24-hour call.
- Patients
- Well newborns, high risk deliveries, pediatric ED consults and pediatric observation patients.
- Requirements
- Board Certification/Eligible American Board of Pediatrics.
