Know what the job should pay
Every job page places the pay stated in the posting among what the same employers filed in public records, and beside what clinicians report here. The pay pages hold the rest, by specialty, state and employer.

Hiring physicians? Post a job, free.
Posting a job here is free for the employer. Only the employer itself posts here, not a staffing or recruitment firm. A person reads it before it goes live; approved, it runs 30 days with a page of its own that Google can find, and the physicians who apply reach you directly.
How this is different
Every public-record row links to the filing it came from.
How rows are linkedNo self-reported figure comes from fewer than five clinicians.
Why small groups are hiddenNo referral, recruiter, or revenue information is an input to any number, ranking, or filter on this site.
How we make money
Questions clinicians ask
What is this site?
A physician job board with the pay beside it. The postings are read every night from the health systems’ own career sites, or written here by the employer, and each one links to the employer’s own page. The pay comes from two sources: the pay employers put in public filings, and the pay clinicians share here themselves. Every public-record row links to the filing it came from.
Public records and self-reported pay are never blended into one figure. How the two kinds are kept apart
What happens when I apply?
One tap attaches your CV, three fields and Send. Your details go to one recruiting firm, MedStaff Nationwide, which has the same owner as this site and is paid by the employer, or to the employer itself on a job it posted here. Applying on the employer’s own site is always an option; the link is on every job page. How we make money
Is my pay really anonymous when I share it?
Your pay is never shown with your name, NPI, or email. It is never shown in any group smaller than five. We don't ask where you work.
Why do you check my NPI?
So only clinicians can add rows. We keep a one-way fingerprint of the number and nothing else. We verify that you are a clinician, then keep that record separate from your pay.
What do I get for sharing my pay?
Share your pay and every clinician row on the site opens to you. Every row: pay, hours, call and pay model. And where your own pay sits against the filings for your specialty and state.
I am an NP, a PA or a CRNA. Is this for me?
The board lists physician jobs, MD and DO. The pay pages cover physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, CRNAs, anesthesiologist assistants and nurse midwives, each with their own pages and figures.
