About this job
Full-time PA-C role with AdventHealth Medical Group GYN Surgical Oncology in Orlando, caring for patients with gynecologic cancers and complex benign gynecologic conditions. The role splits time between clinic and the operating room as surgical first assist.
- Setting
- AdventHealth Medical Group GYN surgical oncology practice in Orlando, covering outpatient clinic and hospital.
- The work
- Clinic care, follow-up and postoperative visits, in-office Pap smears, gynecological biopsies and pelvic exams, surgical first assist in the OR, and hospital floor rounding as needed.
- Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday; approximately 2 days in surgery and 3 days in clinic.
- Patients
- Patients with gynecologic cancers and complex benign gynecologic conditions.
- Requirements
- Current, valid Florida PA-C license or ability to obtain; current BLS and ACLS. Surgical first-assist experience preferred; new graduate PA-Cs welcome, with mentorship.
