Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine physician role with AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Cypress, caring for patients across the lifespan. The posting emphasises a 30K sign on bonus and 20–22 patients per day with no weekend office hours.
- Setting
- Outpatient primary care network clinic with a team of specialists and staff.
- The work
- Comprehensive primary care including preventive, chronic and acute care and women's health; ordering and interpreting labs and imaging; coordinating referrals; supervising Advanced Practice Providers and care teams.
- Schedule
- 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekend office hours; 4 hours weekly of dedicated administrative time.
- Patients
- Pediatric through geriatric patients, 20–22 patients per day; minor office-based procedures.
- What the pay includes
- Guaranteed base salary with production incentives, plus a 30K sign on bonus.
- Requirements
- Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine (board-eligible considered if certified before hire); experience supervising APRNs and PA-Cs; Florida license and DEA or ability to obtain before hire; BLS required, ACLS preferred.
