- Schedule
- 1.0 FTE, 32 clinical hours per week: typically two 12-hour in-person Extended Care shifts and one 8-hour virtual shift. Clinic hours Monday-Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.; rotating evenings, weekends, holidays; one weekend every four weeks.
- Call
- Approximately one week of call every 6-8 weeks, Monday 8:00 a.m. to the following Monday 8:00 a.m.; low call volume.
- Patients
- Pediatric patients; virtual patients in NC, SC, GA, AL, IL and WI, with focus on obesity and metabolic health, plus in-person primary and acute care.
- What the pay includes
- Relocation assistance and CME allowances.
