- The work
- Diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures, outpatient clinic with fellows and APP pods, 10–13 weeks of inpatient service a year overseeing an APP-led team, resident teaching service and CVICU service.
- Schedule
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE. Two to three days per week in the cath lab and one to two days per week in clinic; 10–13 inpatient weeks annually, including 8–10 weeks with weekend coverage.
- Call
- Weekday STEMI call on average one every two weeks and weekend STEMI call on average one weekend per month, with Mondays off after STEMI weekend call.
- Patients
- Acute coronary syndromes (STEMI/NSTEMI) and complex coronary disease; procedures include coronary angiography, PCI, atherectomy and IVUS/FFR. No peripheral vascular or structural heart interventions.
- What the pay includes
- Relocation assistance and CME allowances.
- Requirements
- Board certified in Interventional Cardiology, BE/BC echo if applicable, and at least 5 years of practice experience post-fellowship.
