Total joint surgeon role with Atrium Health (Advocate Health) in Ballantyne/Charlotte, NC, with surgical cases at Atrium Health Pineville. Pay is an initial guarantee salary with RVU production incentive and quality bonus, with call 1:6.

Setting
Atrium Health practice in Charlotte, NC, with 8 surgeons, 3 primary care sports medicine physicians and 8 APPs; surgery at Atrium Health Pineville. EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot.
The work
Total joint surgery and clinic, with opportunities in research, education and athletic partnerships.
Schedule
Office and clinical hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Call
Call 1:6.
Patients
Adult reconstruction patients, including primary/revision hip and knee arthroplasty.
What the pay includes
Initial guarantee salary with RVU production incentive and a bonus based on quality metrics; CME allowances and relocation assistance.
Requirements
BC/BE, ACGME-trained orthopedic surgeon with completed Adult Reconstruction (primary/revision hip and knee arthroplasty) fellowship. New grads will be considered.
