Setting
Established outpatient clinic near Gurnee Mills with on-site radiology, ultrasound, physical therapy, cardiology and orthopedic support. Dedicated MA per physician plus flex MAs and nursing triage and inbox support.
The work
Outpatient internal medicine care for an inherited adult panel with room to grow. An incoming APP will manage an independent panel and assist with acute visits and transitional care.
Schedule
Preferred 4.5-day workweek with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours (can be done remotely), within clinic hours of 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Potential 4-day schedule after guarantee period.
Call
1:6 weekend rotation. Nurse triage resolves approximately 95% of after-hours calls.
Patients
Diverse adults (18+), mix of younger and Medicare-age patients. Typical volume of 15 to 22 patients daily, with scheduled breaks.
What the pay includes
$342,390 under a Wisconsin compensation structure, with a guarantee period. CME allowances and relocation assistance offered.
Requirements
New and experienced physicians welcome. Wisconsin licensure beneficial for virtual care; Spanish welcomed but not required.
