Setting
Outpatient multi-specialty clinic with imaging, pharmacy, lab, PT/OT, urgent care and medical and surgical specialists. Primary care team of 6 pediatricians, 2 Med/Peds, 5 Family Practice, 10 Internal Medicine physicians and 1 APP.
The work
Outpatient primary care for a family medicine panel, with APP overflow support, on-site nursing triage, embedded behavioral health and physician mentorship available.
Schedule
Outpatient only.
Call
After-hours call via nurse triage call center; calls last 1 – 3 minutes. Shared FP pool with 5 other clinics, one week at a time, about 2-3 weeks per year.
Patients
Diverse panel from across Milwaukee and suburbs including Northshore, Mequon, Brown Deer, Whitefish Bay, Shorewood and Fox Point, with cultural, economic and payer mix diversity.
What the pay includes
CME allowances and relocation assistance.
