- Call
- 1:15 call group: 1 weekday per month and 1 in 15 weekends. Phone call only, 1 - 3 calls per night of 1 - 3 minutes, for med refills and nursing home status updates.
- Patients
- Diverse population: 75% white, remaining 25% a mix of Hmong, African American and Asian. Medicaid about 6.13%, Medicare 39.3%. Part of a retiring physician's panel plus new patients.
