Setting
Medical center with heart transplant, multi-organ transplant, durable MCS, pulmonary hypertension and structural heart programs and a 24/7 cath lab. Group of 7 AHFT cardiologists and 4 cardiac surgeons; Epic EMR with DAX Copilot.
The work
AHFT clinical practice with outreach clinic about one day per week and cath lab work: hemodynamics and biopsies; coronary angiograms, temporary MCS and PA sensor implants optional. Teaching fellows, residents, students encouraged; research.
Schedule
1.0 FTE.
Call
On-call for the AHFT team only.
Patients
Advanced heart failure, transplant, mechanical circulatory support and pulmonary arterial hypertension patients, including cardiogenic shock.

Salary of $559,301 plus up to $50K annual incentive bonus, a $50K sign-on bonus, CME allowances and relocation assistance.
Requirements
B/E or B/C in cardiovascular disease and in advanced heart failure and transplant, with completion of an advanced heart failure and transplant fellowship.
