Full-time non-invasive cardiologist with Advocate Heart Institute at Advocate Trinity Hospital on Chicago's South Side. The role splits time between one-week inpatient rounding blocks about every third week and outpatient clinic the other two weeks.
- Setting
- Advocate Trinity Hospital, a 205-bed community hospital and designated Primary Stroke Center in Chicago; outpatient clinics include the Physician Office Building and Imani Village. Epic EMR with DAX Copilot.
- The work
- Inpatient rounding in dedicated one-week blocks approximately every third week, outpatient clinic the remaining two weeks. Services include non-invasive diagnostics, echocardiography, vascular imaging and heart failure management.
- Schedule
- 1.0 FTE. Inpatient rounding one week approximately every third week; outpatient clinic the other two weeks.
- Call
- Weekend call averages 1:4, covering full Saturday and Sunday. Weekday call averages one shift per week (Monday-Friday).
