Orthopedic sports medicine surgeon joining an established group at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, Wisconsin, part of Advocate Health. The practice is turnkey with established referrals, and fellowship-trained colleagues provide mentorship for early-career surgeons.

Setting
Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, a 132-bed hospital undergoing a planned expansion. Office on the hospital campus with three exam rooms and ultrasound. Epic EMR with DAX Copilot documentation tool.
The work
Full range of sports procedures, including rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair and labrum repairs, with support from MAs, RNs and APPs.
Call
1:6 call covering two hospitals.
Patients
Sports medicine surgical patients, including rotator cuff, shoulder stabilization, ligament reconstruction, meniscus and labrum procedures.
What the pay includes
CME allowance, relocation assistance and paid medical liability insurance are included.
Requirements
Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency and a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine.
