- The work
- Intraprocedural and multi-modality imaging (echo, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI), cardiology clinic and valve center clinic, presenting imaging data to the heart team, and clinical research.
- Schedule
- Typical week: 2-3 imaging days (includes 1 day in OR) and 1-2 clinic days.
- Call
- Nine weekends per year (Saturday/Sunday) and approximately 2-3 weeknight calls per month.
- Patients
- Structural heart patients: annual volumes exceeding 450 TAVR procedures, 70+ mitral interventions, 20+ tricuspid interventions, and 300+ left atrial appendage occlusion cases.
