- What the pay includes
- $240,000 base guaranteed for the first year, up to $20,000 production bonus, optional hospice work yielding $1,000–$2,000 per month, state loan repayment up to $180,000, $3,000 annual CME allowance, Texas license and DEA fees.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. New graduates welcome; Spanish fluency a plus; ALS preferred. Requires a 36-month Ascension service area agreement.
