- 825-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult and Peds Trauma Center and transplant hub, within a nonprofit health system, plus a newly opened Office-Based Lab (OBL).
- The work
- Full-scope clinical IR: inpatient consult service and outpatient clinic, lead the thrombosis service line (PE, DVT, PV), run a CLI service, interventional oncology, vascular malformation and HHT work, portal venous and biliary procedures.
- Call
- q5 primary call and q20 backup for the vascular surgery partner for non-vascular cases.
- Patients
- Complex case mix including Histotripsy, IRE, MWA, Cryoablation, SIR-Spheres, TheraSphere, SpyGlass, biliary ablations, ICE for PV recanalizations and routine TIPS. Service area of approximately 970,000.
- What the pay includes
- Shared productivity model with vascular surgery.
- Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology, IR fellowship training, MD or DO, Indiana medical license before hire and DEA registration. Advanced Life Support preferred.
