Employed cardiologist role in an established, growing regional practice at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL, part of Ascension. Level III Imaging certification is strongly preferred, and the practice has a strong referral base.
- Setting
- Nonprofit health system; 566 bed Level I Trauma Center with sister facilities in Destin, Panama City, and Port St. Joe, FL. Team of 13 physicians and 14 APPs.
- The work
- Mix of outpatient clinic and occasional inpatient rounding with APP support. Help grow the practice and collaborate with colleagues on an efficient practice model.
- Patients
- Hospital serves a population of approximately 500,000.
- Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology; MD/DO with Florida medical license before hire and DEA eligibility. Level III Imaging strongly preferred; Advanced Life Support preferred.
