- What the pay includes
- RVU/Quality productivity incentives, $25,000 commencement bonus, CME allowance $3000 + 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status), malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; Indiana medical license prior to hire and DEA eligibility. Advanced Life Support preferred.
