- Evaluate and treat overnight admissions as primary attending or consulting physician, teach and mentor residents every shift, and document care. Intensivists handle codes and procedures in the closed ICU.
- Schedule
- Full-time nights, working with one other nocturnist and supported by a daytime team of seven rounders.
- Patients
- Overnight hospital admissions at a high-acuity teaching site with cardiology, oncology and neuroscience service lines.
- What the pay includes
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000, a 2.5% Quality Metric bonus annually, a seniority bonus, $4,000 CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- MD or DO with a Wisconsin Medical Examining Board license before the hire date. Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA or American Red Cross).
