- Community hospital: 270 bed, Level III trauma center serving approximately 198,700 people, with a Women's Center, lab, MFM and clinic in an attached health pavilion. Located in an HPSA and/or MUA/P.
- The work
- Outpatient clinic, 24 hr in-house call, and surgery about 4 hours per week with 5-6 hospital-based cases a month, including robotic (da Vinci), myosure, cerene and sonata. Academic programs as requested.
- Schedule
- Full-time; 4 days (32 hrs) of outpatient care per week.
- Call
- 24 hr in-house call averaging 3 deliveries per 24 hours; 1:10 call goal as the group reaches full staffing. A 24-hour, 365-day CNM model supports inpatient obstetric coverage.
- Patients
- Diverse patient population; average of 3 deliveries per 24 hours on call and 5-6 hospital-based surgical cases a month. Subspecialty support available.
- What the pay includes
- $30,000 sign-on bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, $4,000 CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; Wisconsin medical license obtained prior to hire date. Advanced Life Support preferred.
