- Rounding on adult medical floors, including the burn center and brain and spine center; a dedicated admissions team handles intake. Procedures are optional. Engagement with residency and fellowship programs.
- Schedule
- 7-on/7-off, including 14 jeopardy days, allowing two 2–3 week breaks per year. 22–23 physician teams daily.
- Patients
- Adult inpatients, high acuity; daily census of 15–16 patients. Closed ICU managed by dedicated intensivists.
- What the pay includes
- Eligibility for public student loan forgiveness (PSLF) under the AMG employed contract.
- Requirements
- MD/DO, board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine; Indiana medical license before hire. ALS preferred. IM strongly preferred, rare FM exceptions; new grads considered; hospitalist experience a plus.
