Outpatient full-spectrum Family Medicine role (kids-adults) with Ascension, joining a team of 2 physicians in Illinois. The office has EKG, Bone Density, MRI, CT and Lab onsite, and call is office call rotated equally with the team.

- Outpatient office affiliated with a 387 bed hospital with Level II trauma and an integrated referral network.
- The work
- Evaluate and treat patients, support quality and cost-effectiveness efforts, document to insurance requirements and appeal denials. May join academic programs and inpatient and outpatient consultation as requested.

- Office call, rotated equally with the team of physicians; consultation work may include on call schedules.

- Full-spectrum Family Medicine, kids through adults.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible. Illinois medical license before hire and eligibility for DEA/Controlled Substance registration. No experience required; Advanced Life Support preferred.
