Outpatient full-spectrum Family Medicine role (kids-adults) with an established team of physicians and an Advanced Practice Provider in a busy medical group practice at Ascension in Illinois. Office call is rotated equally with the team.
- Setting
- Outpatient medical group practice in one location, affiliated with a 318 bed hospital with Level II trauma and an integrated referral network.
- The work
- Evaluates and treats patients, supports quality and cost-effectiveness efforts, and documents to meet insurance requirements. May participate in academic programs and inpatient and outpatient consultation as requested.
- Call
- Office call, rotated equally with the team; consultation work may include on call schedules.
- Patients
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine, kids through adults.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible, Illinois medical license obtained prior to hire, and eligible for DEA/Controlled Substance registration. Advanced Life Support preferred; no experience required.
