Physician Assistant role in General Surgery at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Full-time (1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday, working with a team of 4 physician providers and 1 fellow APP.
- Setting
- Hospital: Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. EMR is EPIC.
- The work
- Histories, physical assessments and preventative screenings; order, perform and interpret diagnostic procedures; manage and document treatment plans for surgical and specialty conditions; counsel patients and caregivers.
- Schedule
- 1.0 FTE, 36 patient contact hours. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Call
- Call coverage on an as-needed basis.

- A wide variety of surgical and specialty conditions.
- Requirements
- Physician Assistant credential from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board before hire; graduate of accredited PA program, Master's preferred; 1 year of experience preferred; ALS and BLS preferred.
