- $550,000 base salary followed by production model and quality incentive. Commencement bonus, relocation, loan assistance and fellowship stipend if applicable; CME allowance of $4,250 plus dedicated CME days.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, BC/BE in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology, Indiana medical license before hire. Advanced Life Support preferred.
