- What the pay includes
- Salary with quality incentives, a $25,000 commencement bonus, a $3000 CME allowance plus 40 hours dedicated CME time (based on FTE status), and malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Palliative Care Medicine. Indiana medical license before hire and eligible for DEA registration. Advanced Life Support preferred.
