- Evaluate and treat overnight admissions, respond to code blue and rapid response calls, perform procedures if you choose, document for the daytime team, and work on quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Schedule
- Full-time, 7-on/7-off, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 144 shifts annually.
- Patients
- Acute overnight admissions, averaging 8 admissions per night; patient draw area of 230,000.
- What the pay includes
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000, 2.5% annual quality metric bonus, seniority bonus, $4,000 CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- MD or DO required, with a Wisconsin or Minnesota medical license obtained before hire. Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA or American Red Cross).
