- Full-Time.
- Call
- 1:3 transplant call and 1:7 primary surgical call, shared within a team of 6 cardiac surgeons, including 2 transplant surgeons.
- Patients
- Advanced heart failure patients needing durable and temporary VAD, heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory support and complex cardiac surgery.
- What the pay includes
- RVU / Quality productivity incentives, CME allowance plus 5 dedicated CME days, and malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- Board-certified CardioThoracic Surgeon with Thoracic Surgery fellowship, MD or DO, Indiana license before hire and DEA eligibility; VAD and transplant expertise; leadership experience and Advanced Life Support preferred.
