Full-time, 100% outpatient endocrinology role with Ascension Medical Group Via Christi in Wichita, KS, joining an established endocrinologist and dedicated APP. The posting emphasizes no inpatient consults and an integrated primary care referral network.
- Setting
- Outpatient specialty practice of Ascension Medical Group Via Christi, serving a regional population of approximately 500,000. EMR is Cerner. Location is in an HPSA and/or MUA/P.
- The work
- Outpatient endocrinology including thyroid ultrasound, FNA biopsies, CGM and insulin pump management; collaborate with APPs and primary care teams; contribute to clinical quality initiatives.
- Schedule
- Full-time, outpatient only.
- Call
- No inpatient consult responsibilities.

- Endocrine patients from Wichita and surrounding communities, referred largely through the integrated primary care network.
- What the pay includes
- Sign-on bonus, wRVU-based productivity incentives, up to $10K relocation reimbursement, $3K CME allowance, and malpractice coverage with tail.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism; Kansas medical license before hire and DEA registration. No work experience required.
