- Comprehensive outpatient primary care managing a solo panel; coordinate consultations, inpatient admissions and discharge planning; participate in quality improvement; maintain timely documentation.

- Requirements
- MD or DO with Wisconsin Medical Examining Board or Minnesota Board of Medical Practice credential before hire; no work experience required; Advanced Life Support preferred.
