Inpatient critical care physician role with an established team of critical care physicians and APPs at a 318 bed Level II trauma hospital, part of Ascension. The posting emphasises no call, 12 hour shifts with a blend of days and nights, and 100% critical care medicine.

- Inpatient, 318 bed hospital, Level II trauma, with a 36 bed ICU and 19 bed ICU (open ICU). Comprehensive Stroke Center, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Neurosurgery programs.

- 100% critical care medicine: evaluate and treat patients, act as admitting, attending or consulting physician, coordinate discharge planning, accept referrals, and take part in quality efforts and academic programs as requested.

- High acuity ICU patients, including stroke, cardiothoracic surgery and neurosurgery patients.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible, eligible for state medical license and DEA registration. No work experience required; Advanced Life Support preferred.
