- Cardiac and general anesthesiology, including neuro, OB, thoracic and regional anesthesia. Occasional cardiac anesthesia coverage at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Waco, 30 minutes away.
- Schedule
- Monday-Friday.
- Call
- Weekend and evening call rotated equally; average 1 cardiac call per week, taken from home.
- Patients
- Cardiac cases include Heart Transplantation, LVAD, ECMO, TAVR, Mitraclip, CABG (including OPCAB) and valves. No pediatric cases.
- What the pay includes
- Salary, productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, moving allowance and relocation assistance, extra earnings for after-hours and weekend work, and CME reimbursement ($4,200).
- Requirements
- BC or BE in anesthesiology with Advanced TEE certification; MD; Texas medical license.
- Benefits named
