Board-certified Pediatrician or Med-Peds core faculty role for the Family Medicine ACGME Residency Program at Gadsden Regional Medical Center in Gadsden, AL. The posting emphasises Friday afternoons off and no mandatory call, with residents covering hospital call.

- General outpatient pediatric clinic, Level 1 Newborn Nursery and low-risk pediatric admissions, and teaching Family Medicine residents as core faculty. Outpatient procedures such as tongue ties and circumcisions are optional.
- Schedule
- Clinic Mon-Thu 8-5 and Fri 8-12.
- Call
- No mandatory call; residents cover hospital call. Call can be taken by choice for extra income.
- Patients
- General pediatrics outpatients, Level 1 newborns and low-risk pediatric inpatients. No NICU or high-risk pediatric ICU responsibilities.
- What the pay includes
- Base salary with Year 1 'Greater-Of' income protection, then wRVU incentive in Years 2 & 3. $50,000 Commencement Bonus, $75,000 Student Loan Repayment, $15,000 Relocation Allowance, monthly residency stipend.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified in Pediatrics or Med-Peds. Experienced physicians and new graduates considered. J-1 Visa / Conrad 30 sponsorship available.
