- Schedule
- 4-day week: one OR day and three clinic days; the fifth day is off or an optional additional clinic day. One week per month in Cedar City. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
- Call
- Call one in every five weeks, compensated in addition to the base salary.
- Patients
- Serves southern Utah, northern Arizona, and Nevada, including Cedar City's patient population one week per month.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; U.S. ACGME Urology residency; board certified or eligible in Urology; Utah medical license and DEA or ability to obtain; BLS; completion of credentialing.
