- Annual base salary $221,000; quality incentive up to $20,000/year; call pay $250 per point, max call cap $45, 000.00; $15,000 sign-on bonus; up to $10,000 relocation; $50,000 student loan repayment when applicable; annual CME allowance.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; ABMS board certified or eligible in Family Medicine with/without OB; active Colorado license or ability to obtain; BLS and DEA. No visa sponsorship.
