Work in an advanced heart failure practice alongside an advanced heart failure cardiologist, APPs and nurses, supported by cardiac PET-CT, pyrophosphate scintigraphy and cardiac MRI.
Schedule
40 scheduled weekly hours.

Heart failure patients, with access to advanced imaging and connection to the heart transplant and LVAD center in Salt Lake City.
What the pay includes
Base salary of $718,000; bonus opportunities of up to $100,000 starting in year 2; $25,000 starting bonus; relocation of up to $20,000 if applicable; annual CME allowance.
Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Heart Failure; unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or ability to obtain one; U.S. ACGME residency; J1 visa candidates welcome.
