- Initial base salary of $535,000 plus wRVU bonus incentive, up to $50,000 annual quality bonus, $25,000 starting bonus, relocation bonus if applicable, and $5,000 annual CME allowance.

- MD or DO; residency trained and Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; fellowship trained in Heart Failure. New fellows considered.
