Setting
St. Mary's Medical Center, a 346-bed Level II trauma center in Grand Junction, part of Intermountain Health, a not-for-profit system of 33 hospitals and 400 clinics.
The work
Provide gynecologic oncology care with protected OR time and outpatient clinic time, supported by Ob Gynecology, Medical and Radiation Oncology, a Nurse Navigator, an MA and front office staff.
Schedule
Four-day clinical week; 40 scheduled weekly hours.
Call
Call supported by Ob Gynecology with a 10 shift per month burden, plus phone call from home in collaboration with a Denver-based Gynecologic Oncologist.
Patients
A growing segment of gynecology oncology patients in western Colorado and eastern Utah.
Requirements
MD or DO; OB/GYN residency; board certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Oncology; Colorado license and DEA or ability to obtain; visa sponsorship reviewed individually.
