- Base salary of $636,272 with productivity incentives, quality incentive bonus up to $15,000 annually, $30,000 starting bonus, relocation bonus up to $20,000 (if applicable), CME allowance up to $5,000 annually.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery; eligible for Colorado medical licensure.
