The work
Dedicate at least 50% of clinical care time to IBD care. Optional community outreach, rural telehealth and clinical research; monthly GI educational and IBD case conferences.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Call
Shared with the group at a minimum of 1:5, with additional call pay for extra call shifts.
Patients
IBD patients referred by employed and affiliated PCPs, GI providers and colorectal surgeons.
What the pay includes
Starting base salary of $650,000 /annually, $50,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation, $1,500 monthly training stipend for up to two years, up to $75,000 student loan repayment when applicable, extra call pay.
Requirements
MD or DO; ACGME Internal Medicine residency; board certified or eligible in IM specializing in IBD or Gastroenterology; Utah license or ability to obtain. Visa sponsorship reviewed individually.
