Setting
Virtual medicine department of an integrated group partnered with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado; Epic HealthConnect EMR. Remote work allowed, or from a KP facility if home connection is unreliable.
The work
On-demand video, phone and chat visits, including multiple simultaneous chats; home advice, treatment or referral to higher care; chronic and preventive care support; telehealth QA, training materials and mentoring new providers.
Schedule
.50 FTE part time. Chat 9am to 5pm and Get Care Now 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; 25% of shifts are evenings and weekends, including holidays; hours subject to change.
Patients
Kaiser members in Colorado and Nevada with episodic concerns, chronic conditions and preventive care needs.
What the pay includes
Salary: $161,952.00. Educational leave with funds and in-house CME opportunities.
Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine; Colorado residency required; telehealth experience preferred; COVID-19 vaccination or qualified exemption.
