About this job
Part-time .50 FTE telehealth physician role with Colorado Permanente Medical Group, covering video, phone and chat on-demand encounters for Colorado and Nevada members. Remote work is allowed with a secure connection, and Colorado residency is required.
- Setting
- Virtual medicine department of an integrated medical group; remote work from home or a KP facility. Epic HealthConnect EMR, plus WDE, Korbyt and Dexcare.
- The work
- Handle on-demand video, phone and chat encounters, giving home advice, treatment or referral; manage multiple simultaneous chats; cover care gaps and chronic and preventive care; contribute to QA, training materials and mentoring.
- Schedule
- .50 FTE. Chat runs 9am to 5pm and Get Care Now 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; 25% of shifts will be evenings and weekends, plus a share of holiday shifts.
- Patients
- Kaiser members in Colorado and Nevada with episodic, chronic and preventive care concerns.
- What the pay includes
- Salary: $161,952.00. Educational leave with funds and in-house CME.
- Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine; telehealth experience preferred; Colorado residency required; COVID-19 vaccination or qualified exemption.
