PRN telehealth role for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician in Colorado Permanente Medical Group's Telehealth department, covering video, phone and chat on-demand encounters. Remote work is allowed with a secure connection, and Colorado residency is required.
- Setting
- Integrated medical group partnered with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado; virtual care from home or a KP facility. Epic HealthConnect EMR plus WDE, Global Protect, Korbyt and Dexcare.
- The work
- Video, phone and chat encounters across Get Care Now and Chat channels, including multiple simultaneous chats; home advice, treatment or referral; telehealth QA, training materials and mentoring new providers; department meetings.
- Schedule
- PRN. Chat runs 9am to 5pm and Get Care Now 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; 25% of shifts will be evenings and weekends, including national holiday shifts.
- Patients
- Members with episodic concerns, chronic care management and preventive care, delivered virtually or referred for face-to-face care.
- What the pay includes
- Family Medicine Hourly Rate $155.72; Internal Medicine Hourly Rate $160.44.
- Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; Colorado residency required; telehealth experience preferred; COVID-19 vaccination or qualified exemption.
