The work: Provide anesthesia across a varied case mix with minimal CRNA supervision; leadership opportunities are available.
Schedule: Full-time, on average 40-45 hours a week; salary is based on a 40-hour week, with the option to work more for extra pay or time off.
Call: Approximately 1:7 weekdays and an average of 1 weekend call per month, with a guaranteed post-call day off.
Patients: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy and EP. No open hearts or Neurosurgery.
What the pay includes: Starting annual salary of $470,000, not based on individual services; option to work extra hours for extra pay; CME and board certification reimbursement; pathway to become a shareholder.
Requirements: MD or DO; board certified or eligible in Anesthesia; licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
