- Call split evenly among all plastic surgeons; does not include hand call.

- Kaiser Permanente patients needing reconstruction, including soft tissue defects coordinated with surgical oncology and facial defects after Mohs.
- What the pay includes
- Starting annual salary of $510,000; not based on individual services. Pathway to become a shareholder. CME reimbursement and 100% reimbursement for board certification.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified or eligible in Plastic Surgery; licensed or able to obtain licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Microvascular fellowship preferred but not required.
