About this job

Setting: Physician-led medical group of over 1,800 physicians caring exclusively for Kaiser Permanente patients, with a team of close to 80 diagnostic and interventional radiologists. Comprehensive EHR and on-site and remote PACS.
The work: Approximately 60% general and 40% subspecialty radiology, possibly more subspecialty depending on skillsets. Optional tumor boards, multidisciplinary conferences, teaching students and residents, and leadership roles.
Schedule: Physician-led scheduling; part time (0.8 FTE e.g.) available. Internal moonlighting available for extra compensation and/or accrued time off.
Call: Call shifts taken as 8 hour shifts remotely.
Patients: Varied imaging cases referred by colleagues across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
What the pay includes: Starting annual salary of $485,000. Moonlighting for extra pay, pathway to shareholder status, CME reimbursement, 100% reimbursement for board certification, tuition for added skills.
Requirements: MD or DO, board certified or eligible, licensed or able to obtain licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Fellowship training preferred; breast imaging/MQSA certification a plus.
