The work: Build and manage your own pediatric panel in ambulatory care. Newborn rounding at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver, Washington; no attending deliveries. Leadership positions available if desired.
Schedule: 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week), plus newborn rounding one morning per week.
Call: Newborn rounding one weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital.
Patients: Pediatric outpatients and newborns.
What the pay includes: Salary $215,550 - $244,980, not fee-for-service. Hiring bonus $25,000, relocation up to $15,000, student loan assistance up to $125,000. Employer retirement contributions of 21% of eligible earnings. Total Rewards $281,436 - $341,000.
