The work: Comprehensive pediatric orthopaedic care, including spine, club feet, hip dysplasia, scoliosis and congenital conditions. Outpatient surgeries at Kaiser ambulatory surgical centers; inpatient cases at OHSU.
Schedule: 4-day work week (salary prorated).
Call: 1:6 call shared with OHSU pediatric orthopaedists.
Patients: Kaiser Permanente Northwest patients under the age of 16; spine, club feet, hip dysplasia, scoliosis and congenital pediatric conditions.
What the pay includes: Salary $438,480 - $534,780, not fee-for-service. Employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of eligible earnings; total rewards value $524,700 - $697,300. Education allowance and CME reimbursement.
Requirements: Board certified or eligible in orthopaedics; completed pediatric orthopaedics fellowship.
