- A cardiology fellow and attending are on call for immediate bedside support, and an in-house pulmonary critical care team is available for consultation.
- Patients
- Typically ~20-32 CCU patients: heart failure, ACS, post-PCI; about 2/3 step-down level. Includes patients on ventilators, pressors/inotropes, intraaortic balloon pump and PA catheters.
- Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible. External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
