- Salary range $295,302 to $347,414, prorated by FTE; annual value based incentive bonus; signing bonus up to $30,000; relocation allowance up to $13,000; 10.3% of base salary to 401(K).

- MD/DO; BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; ability to obtain unrestricted Federal DEA and WA State Medical License.
